When Allen E. Kaye founded his firm in 1981 he decided to focus on immigration law because he had a natural inclination toward immigration and naturalization issues. Today Allen and his staff handle numerous cases every year for clients seeking relief under immigration, naturalization visa or consular law. Allen says, “We pride ourselves on our ability to move through the complicated immigration and naturalization bureaucracy. We know how to cut through red tape, identify the office or individual handling specific situations, and draft the necessary documents in the required format. This knowledge and experience helps us to expedite our clients’ cases to the extent permitted by law.”

 

In addition to Allen, the office staff includes several attorneys, paralegals and immigration process specialists. A multitude of foreign languages are spoken by staff members including Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi, Russian, Spanish, Creole and French.
