Ms. Desai practices all aspects of immigration law, ranging from family and employment-related matters, to asylum, naturalization and citizenship matters. In August, 2010, Ms. Desai joined the law firm of Allen E. Kaye to serve clients worldwide.

Volunteer work is also an important part of Ms. Desai’s practice. She frequently accepts referrals on immigration matters and she is extremely dedicated to her clients.
