ALLEN
E. KAYE is an attorney residing in New York City, who
has practiced United States immigration, naturalization, visa
and consular law for the past 30 years. He is a graduate (Phi
Beta Kappa and cum laude) of Queens College of the City University
of New York (B.A.); Columbia University Law School (J.D.)
and New York University Law School (LL.M.).
He is a past National President of the American Immigration Lawyers
Association.
Mr. Kaye is a regular columnist on the U.S. immigration and naturalization
law for the newspaper India Abroad and over 50 other newspapers
across the U.S. He co-hosts a popular bi-monthly television program in
New York called "Immigration and You." He is a frequent lecturer
on the U.S. immigration, naturalization, visa and consular law for various
organizations and associations in the U.S. and India and has offices in
New York City and Bombay India.
Mr. Kaye is listed in the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent
Lawyers and in The Best Lawyers in America for Immigration
and Naturalization Law.

JOANNE ORIZAL

JOANNE ORIZAL, has practiced United States
immigration, naturalization, visa and consular law for the
past 20 years. She is a graduate of Rutgers University School
of Law - Newark (J.D.).
Joanne is Senior Counsel at the Law Office of Allen E. Kaye and heads the
firmıs business immigration law practice. She is a former Partner of the
international law firm of Winston & Strawn where she was responsible for the
direction and administration of the immigration department within the
Employment and Labor Group.
Joanne represents multinational corporations seeking employment based visas
and permanent resident status for employees. To assist clients she assesses
client business structure and provides advice and counsel on the creation of
immediate and long term immigration strategies. She also provides analysis
of cases in the preparation of nonimmigrant visa applications utilizing
various visa categories including E, H, L and O business visas, as well as
TN visas. She is also experienced in strategizing permanent resident
processing via the alien employment certification program and advising
clients on the nuances of Consular processing and adjustment of status.
She has significant experience related to 1-9 compliance issues and has
conducted client audits and has assisted clients in setting up internal
auditing procedures and preparing internal policy manuals.
Joanne frequently lectures on immigration law before human resources and bar
associations, including the Northern California Human Resources Association
and the New Jersey and Connecticut Chapters of the Federal Bar Association.
Joanne is a long standing member of the American Immigration Lawyers
Association. She is a member of both the New York and New Jersey bars.
